This vegan, paleo, grain-free, gluten-free flatbread is super easy and really versatile for wraps, tacos, pizzas and paninis. Because it’s so light and delicious it instantly became my favorite guilt-free bread. Add any fresh herbs and spices to change up the flavor. I often double the recipe and freeze the remaining flatbreads to use as I need them.
