This is an easy, low carb alternative to your favourite sandwich or burger.
Portobello "Bun" Sandwich
- Portobello mushrooms (two per number of sandwiches/burgers you need)
- Burger/sandwich toppings of your choice
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss portobello mushroom caps in salt, pepper, and olive oil
- Roast in ovent for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Fill with meats, cheeses, and all your favorite vegetables.
