This is an easy, low carb alternative to your favourite sandwich or burger.

Portobello "Bun" Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Portobello mushrooms (two per number of sandwiches/burgers you need)
  • Burger/sandwich toppings of your choice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss portobello mushroom caps in salt, pepper, and olive oil
  3. Roast in ovent for 20 - 25 minutes.
  4. Fill with meats, cheeses, and all your favorite vegetables.
  5. Enjoy!
